Should I be a mage or warrior on World of Warcraft?
I have a mage troll and a warrior undead but cant figure out which one to use as my main. i have not became a paying member of this game yet but i was on a trial for 10 days. i am going to make a Blood Elf charactar when i start paying and wanted to know which is best for me, mage or warrior. thanks for the answers.
Personally, I prefer Mage. (NOTE: you can’t be a Blood Elf Warrior, the class doesn’t exist). I got bored with Warrior at around level 14, but I am trying one again, this time an orc.
I have a 70 BE Mage & I love her! I chose to go fire because I like the damage, but I think that if you’re PvPing alot, frost is better.
If you’re not sure, play both & then decide which is your main. Play both classes for a bit & then decide. Mage gets a bit boring, but at level 20 when you get to teleport, it’s really fun!
My true main is really a rogue, but I’ve been playing a mage as my main now for the last 8 months. It really depends on whether or not you want to stick it out with a caster class vs a melee class. Both have their advantages & disadvantages & the only way to see which you’d prefer is to play them both
.
Good luck!!

i play wow on the server Greymane Horde with a 70 priest. It all depends Warriors are very good tanks and sometimes they can rock the DPS charts and for a mage they totally rock the DPS charts and are great CC and one of the best AoE farmers. So really it depends do you want to tank for party’s raid’s guild’s or would you rather AoE farm get tons of gold CC Rock DPS its all up to you. Also Mages can level faster Warriors stay alive. Both good at PvP and Arena
